Chocolate Cake

This is chocolate sponge cake, layered with chocolate ganache (3 layered) with chocolate frosting for the finishing. Im trying new frosting from the Internet and after adjusting its original ingredients, Im totally satisfied with the result. The frosting is very chocolaty since I doubled the amount of cocoa powdere and very smooth as well because it contains lots and lots of fresh milk.





Then I deco the rest of frosting onto chocholate muffins.

Another Bday Cake

Since adik merajuk pic of him was not on Ben10 cake, i baked another cake for them. This time it was a lemon cranberry pound cake layer with lemon butter cream filling in the middle.

Add lemon zest to the cake batter
Mixed them well
After frosting
